For 15+ years, Nathaniel Willis has led transformation as a global transformation leader at Fortune 100 companies, rooted in healthcare and in the work of turning people, process, and technology into new operating models.
Over those years he kept seeing the same thing. The strategy was sound. The new structure made sense. The technology worked. And still the change didn't stick.
What he learned is that change fails at the level of identity, not strategy. When a new operating model asks people to work differently, it also asks them to see themselves differently. If nobody deals with the fear, the doubt, and the beliefs underneath, the old way comes back.
So his work starts at the root. Organizations transform when they anchor their purpose. People transform when they reframe their identity. When both happen, people, process, and technology can be fused into a model that lives in the organization's DNA.

Today Nathaniel holds two global roles at the same time. As AI Platform Lead, he leads the company's AI platform from idea to impact, including citizen development and demand management. As Product Excellence Lead, he leads the global Product & Delivery Community, a community of practice for product managers, CX leaders, and AI delivery leaders that is advancing AI-native ways of working.
That vantage point shapes how he speaks. He is a dot-connector. He reads technology, business, and culture side by side, notices the patterns others miss, and translates them into direction a leadership team can act on. He is not an academic and not a guru. He is a practitioner doing this work at enterprise scale, right now.
Outside his corporate roles, Nathaniel leads Forge 49, a mastermind for founders and operators. He has spoken at keynotes, community events, and workshops, and brings the same conviction to every room: transformation works from the inside out.

A personal note
Faith is at the center of Nathaniel's life. He believes every person carries an identity and a calling that come before their job title, and that work done from that place becomes more than a paycheck. That conviction is the root of everything he teaches, and he speaks about it openly in his faith-and-work talk, Made for This.
He lives in Wesley Chapel, Florida, with his wife and their three children. Home is where he practices what he teaches: who you are comes before what you do.
